I am a PhD student in Political Science with a focus in Law, Politics, and Society and Political Science Research Methods. My research focuses on social movements and the social messages and legal arguments used in order to achieve their goals. Specifically, comparing and contrasting the use of rights claims by left and right wing social movements to evaluate and explain the current trend of rising right wing movements and attacks on previously secured rights.
