Ray La Raja comments about the high voter turnout in last week's primary elections

Raymond J. La Raja, political science, says one reason for the high voter turnout in last week’s primary elections is that liberal voters in the region are being energized by President Donald J. Trump. He says his observation is that women, minorities and younger voters – were highly motivated to come out and vote. (Gazette, 9/7/18)
