La Raja Contributes to CATO On-line Symposium

UMass Political Science Professor Ray La Raja recently contributed to the CATO Institute's Cato Unbound Forum focusing on Campaign Finance Reform. The forum examines the question "why don't we see even more money in politics?" La Raja is joined by other experts in the field of campaign finance, including Fred Smith (Chairman of the Competitive Enterprise Institute), Stephen Ansolabehere (Harvard University) and Francesco Parisi (University of Minnesota).
