The research assistant will aid in a project that analyzes media coverage of the U.S. Supreme Court across the New York Times and other prominent papers. This is part of a broader project on the political salience (or importance) of U.S. Supreme Court cases as reflected by media attention, and the relation of political salience to strategic judicial behavior and institutional relations. 1-3 credits.
