504 Thompson I have recently completing my ethnographic fieldwork in the Permanent Mission of Turkey to the United Nations on state and bureaucracy. I hopes to get my second MA from The New School for Social Research Politics department in 2012, and my PhD from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am a political theorist with a lot of ethnographic sensibility, and my research interests have expanded to include the relationship of law and politics, theories of constitutional law, state formation and bureaucracy, nationalism, food history and 16th-20th century Ottoman cuisine.
