Meelis Kitsing is a PhD Candidate (ABD) and a Doctoral Fellow at the National Center for Digital Government. His primary research interests are in the fields of comparative and international political economy. His dissertation explores political economy of the Internet diffusion in the Central and Eastern Europe. Meelis graduated with a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Master of Science in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
