I am a fifth year doctoral student in the Department of Political Science at UMASS.
My prior teaching and mentoring experience includes almost two years as a Teaching Assistant for POLISCI 111: Introduction to Comparative Politics and three years as an undergraduate advisor for the Department of Political Science and Legal Studies. Currently I serve as a Teaching Assistant for POLISCI 121: Introduction to World Politics.
My primary field of study is Comparative Politics and my secondary field is in Interdisciplinary Studies. Specifically, I work on questions of international development (as a global project) in the everyday, gendered development, NGOs, and the politics of globalization within and in relation to South Asia and the global south. I am also interested in questions of methods and methodology in Political Science.
