Dr. Nash is an independent scholar, historian, and lecturer specializing in 20th century American political and intellectual history. Best known for The Conservative Intellectual Movement Since 1945, long considered the standard volume on the subject, he has also written extensively on President Herbert Hoover (including three volumes of Hoover’s definitive biography), the legacy of Ronald Reagan, and the history and trajectory of American conservatism.
