Panelists will explore the role of the courts and victim/survivor-centered initiatives in holding the State accountable for human rights violations in the absence of agreed upon post conflict mechanisms to address the past. Included will be a discussion of the highly controversial 2022 Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill.
